Robert Vertes's innovative and place-making designs have led to a distinguished career in the field of residential and commercial real estate. With over twenty years of professional experience, Robert joined the Champalimaud Design team after an accomplished tenure at Related Companies and the Rockwell Group. Robert's diverse experiences, expertise, and unparalleled knowledge about the industry make him a valued asset to The Working Group team. He acts as the firm’s Director of Design and Construction.

Passionate about luxury hospitality and residential projects, Robert has directed the design of numerous high-profile assets, including the award-winning Cosmopolitan Resort in Las Vegas. Moreover, while working at Related, Robert acted as the Owner's Design Manager and Primary Client Representative for the one million square foot retail center within the historic and groundbreaking Hudson Yards Development. With exceptional leadership skills, Robert has managed teams of architects and designers on many large-scale residential projects.

Robert holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tulane University.
